• Experience with Network Engineering projects
• 6 months contract with Extension

To meet Modis continuously growing pipeline of work, we are looking for Senior Technical Project Manager to join the team to support and drive our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for

Duties:

• End to End delivery of Network engineering project

Skills & Experience

• Familiar with setup and delivery of multiple geographic located facilities inclusive of network capability
• Has the ability to deliver end to end: from Concept + Business Case, through delivery into operational acceptance.
• Has the ability to deliver end to end across business, engineering/technology domains.
• Has previously worked in complex matrix environment
• Has previously worked within transformation projects or program
• Has delivered projects of multiple geographic located facilities (e.g. offshore/onshore)
• Has worked for large global corporate organisation with international operations.
• Has worked with vendors
• Able to work with GM’s, BA, Architects and SME’s to support definition of future state organisation and associated business processes.
• Able to work to deadline(s)
• Able to manage up in large matrix hierarchical organisation
• Able to create delivery plans that drive key target milestones.
• Business Case Delivery to Gate 3, inclusive of providing estimates/contingency.
• Familiar with delivery of projects including successfully executing operational transition.
• Has delivered or contributed to approved business case delivery.
• All-rounder Project Practitioner who can operate across business and technology disciplines.

• Ability to shape concepts into executable scope
• Able to negotiate matrix organisation, up to GM level
• Able to work successfully in a program model across Business Units.
• Able to deliver current to future state model.
• Quick study and Quick Thinkers
• Comfortable in ambiguity and changing directions.
• Able to self-adjust to changing directions, scope, circumstances
• Able to problem solve blockers and drive resolutions to move the project forward.

Desirable:

• Previous experience within a large project/program including familiarity of Governance Gates.
• Familiar with Business Cases and Financial and Delivery Governance.
• Able to manage delivery of a revise current to future state support model.
• Able to negotiate matrix organisation, up to GM level
