This leading industry superannuation fund is undertaking an ongoing strategic review on their superannuation and defined benefits operations processes and data and they are looking for an experienced, detail oriented Technical Business Analyst to join their team. Working within the Operations team you will be liaising with the administrator, understanding and analyzing data and process issues, following transactions through the system, identifying and documenting issues, identifying root cause and implementing work around system and/or process changes until longer term fixes can be implemented.
To qualify for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in Business requirements, data analysis and documentation;
- Knowledge and experience with Acurity Superannuation Administration system or similar;
- Strong SQL and the ability to analyse and identify data issues
- Detailed experience and understanding of superannuation administration processes ideally including Defined Benefits plans;
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across various departments;
- Experience with test analysis including developing test plans would be highly regarded;
- Ability to work with external vendors and to work autonomously as well as within a small team.
