Accountabilities
- Establish a business improvement program
- Manage the Business Unit stakeholders and provide guidance to improvement opportunities
- Work with Delivery Unit owners to identify and quantify initiatives.
- Deliver on budgeted cost reduction projects
- Manage key stakeholders
- Actively working with employees, leaders, customers and other stakeholders to understand, measure, implement changes to processes, roles and operations
- Manage senior business stakeholders

- Manage a program
- Formulate, organize and monitor a portfolio of improvement initiatives to improve Operational Excellence.
- Lead and coach a Lean Six Sigma the team
- Ensuring data-driven recommendations analysing customer and operational data and measuring the impact of recommended changes
- Develop the offshore capability to improve efficiency and cost.
- Discover, analyse, measure and document current and future state processes to understand root causes of issues
- Provide progress updates, reporting status to ELT via EPMO
- Extensive experience in a Business Improvement role leading and managing Business Improvement initiatives
- Managed high performing teams that successfully deliver the desired program outcomes
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong Analytical skills and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail which allows you to be able to understand end-to-end business processes and come up with ideas for improvement
- Have managed projects and introduced process automation or robotics to streamline and enhance existing processes
- Exceptional problem solving and communications skills
- Demonstrated capability with continuous improvement activities
