You are:

You’re a Process Analyst highly experienced in Lean Six Sigma, who ideally has experience driving improvements across a call centre project. Experience in financial services will be highly regarded & you'll be skilled in stakeholder engagement, running workshops and eliciting requirements. 

As a Process Analyst you'll have excellent communication skills and will be agile & adaptive in your approach, with the ability to successfully navigate a large environment.  


The role:

Working in a team of 10, you'll be working on a call center consolidation program, engaging with stakeholders and running workshops to understand areas that require process improvement. Previously utilising five different call centers across Australia, the firm is now consolidating that into one location with a call centre of 200 staff.

  • Strong experience as a Process Analyst
  • Experience working across contact center projects 
  • Strong business-facing & stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent ability to work with various business units
  • Lean Six Sigma experience 
  • A flexible & pragmatic approach 
  • Financial services experience ideal
