You are:

You're a Communications Lead who prides yourselves on your innovative and creative approach when solving business problems, and you take a high level approach to addressing communications issues to ensure they align to the overall business strategy.

You're will have had several years experience in a Senior role whilst still being hands-on in your approach, ideally with a background in finance, insurance or consulting, having worked closely with creative agencies to deliver engaging digital content.

You will have impeccable communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver presentations which highlight business/strategic challenges and define the solutions, and you enjoy working with all areas of a business from the technical team through to executive level employees.

The Role:

This role will see you working inline with key stakeholders, SME's, Change Managers & Project Managers, to manage and deliver content ensuring that it aligns with the business and strategical requirements of the organisation.

You will be reviewing the challenges that face the company and translating them into measurable communications strategies and objectives that meet the needs of the stakeholders, whilst ensuring that you create an engaging and informative narrative. 

You will be ensuring that all communication align to the companies best practise and will be working collabratively with the team to create contemporary approaches to the communication campaigns. 


Skills / Experience:


  • Strong experience in communications and digital content
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Atleast 7 years + experience 
  • Fantastic presentation and storytelling abilities
  • Great decision making ability, stand by your decisions.
  • Troubleshooting - outlining the issues & solving problems
  • Ideally from a Finance, Insurance or Banking background
