We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join our implementation team. The core function of this role is to ensure that Projects and Product Implementations are managed effectively.
What you will be involved in:
You will manage concurrent projects, across multiple customers, throughout the full project lifecycle from pre-sales, through project initiation, successful technology delivery and implementation of process improvements. In this varied role, you will be responsible for a range of activities, from project planning, resource management, requirements gathering, test management and issue resolution.
You will need to be highly organised, with an eye for detail and be able to manage resources to achieve successful outcomes. Relevant training will be provided to build product knowledge. Some national travel is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver projects in a structured way, following agreed processes and delivered to agreed time and cost constraints
- Financial Management - financial planning, estimating and tracking of project costs
- Manage the communication between a broad base of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Delivering product demonstrations and end user training
- Continually growing your knowledge base
Skills & Experience
- Project and resource management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PRINCE 2 highly desirable
- Domain knowledge of the Health Sector
- Ability to translate issues into solutions
- "Can do" attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Agile experience would be desirable
