About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Engineer to provide support for our professional services client. Based on our client’s site in Adelaide you’ll be providing Desktop Support to around 140 users as well as other desktop duties.
Duties
- Hardware support for Lenovo machines
- Building machines with Windows 10
- Transferring data from one machine to another
- Provide support for such things as wireless or vpn issues
- Process all admin tasks related to the role
Skills & Experience
- Experience in L1/L2 desktop support role in a Windows environment.
- MS Office and MS Outlook experience.
- Imaging new hardware.
- Lenovo hardware experience.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer services skills, proven experience with positive customer feedback for service provided.
