Position Overview:

ELMO Cloud HR & Payroll is a dynamic, engaging and fast paced SaaS company. We are agile in nature and even more agile with our HR and Payroll solution.  

We are looking for engaging and ambitious Solutions Consultant to join our Melbourne team.  As this is a client facing role you will walk and talk the ELMO solution. You will manage client projects to confirm their requirements the ELMO solution and be an all-round ELMO solutions whiz.

As a stellar Solutions Consultant you will never be idle with roughly 10-20 client meetings per week and your aim is to simplify and help them to implement the ELMO product to our clients. 

Now let's get down to the nitty gritty... the key responsibilities of YOU as our Solutions  Consultant: 

• Manage client presentations, including the development, configuration, client liaising and stakeholder management, in a way that meets client deadlines
• Analyse client needs to develop a thorough understanding
• Conduct workshop sessions for client administrators on system functionality and alignment with their goals
• Engage in research activity associated with the design and development of online learning solutions, including the identification of potential enhancements to functionality and capability 
• Working with the Solutions team to develop better practices across the function
• Responding to tenders across our suite of systems, across a wide variety of industries
• Developing a working knowledge of the ELMO solution and all of its components, providing support throughout the sales process.

Besides being a highly personable and engaging person you will display the following skills and attributes:

• Strong background within a similar role (e.g. consulting and implementation experience within a HR and Payroll environment) 
• Strong pre sales experience 
• Strong understanding of technical concepts 
• Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes 
• Demonstrated Project Management skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
• Undergraduate qualification is preferred.
