Digital Project Manager

Recon Solutions are currently recruiting for an exciting, newly created, Digital Project Manager position with a high performing Digital Agency based in Brisbane. This role will see you managing a team of 10 people including web developers, UI/UXers and Project Management staff in a highly collaborative and fun environment.
 
The role;

• You will bring your hands-on development experience to this role and will be responsible for effectively managing, scoping, designing and scheduling client projects and will act as the key engagement point for their clients.
• You will work with autonomy to improve delivery and raise the bar within the team to improve client relationships.
• You will take the lead on technical and project structure decisions bring best practice to the business.
• You will manage the teams unique culture and get the best out of their staff by making decisive decisions and becoming the trusted leader of the group.

 
Required for success;

• End to end Project Management for web/app builds and projects.
• Scope and develop project plans
• 3 years’ experience as a lead developer, senior web developer or project manager
• Knowledge of UE software
• Proactive and open communication style and ability to rally the troops to deliver on time
• Experience in content management systems and HTML/CSS
• Strong tech background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
• Understanding of SEO and google AdWords preferred
• Ability to code, preferably PHP and JavaScript
