Operating nationally, we work with our clients from the top to the bottom of the organisational chart and have the flexibility to provide tailored services where an end to end solution is not required. Due to current growth an opportunity has a risen for an IT Systems Coordinator to join the company from our Perth offices.

The Role

The IT Systems Coordinator is a hands on role a diverse range of responsibilities. Servicing the company nationally you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Working with and providing assistance and feedback to the current outsourced IT provider
  • Facilitate the purchase and set up of new equipment
  • Engage with internal departments, identifying and developing solutions to streamline in-house systems, manage company growth and integrate new software and programs
  • Facilitating the ongoing maintenance and improvement of company hardware, software and programs
  • Assisting new employees in hardware and software set up and train them in the usage of CGH’s IT products
  • Systems administration & analysis
  • Asset management
  • Liaising with telco service providers
  • Website and social media content generation, functionality and maintenance
  • Assist with the completion and ongoing maintenance of our CRM systems

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate the following:

  • 3 years + proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience on IT systems in a Recruitment/HR practice is highly advantageous
  • Windows server environment and systems management and maintenance
  • Maintenance and configuration of IP phone systems
  • Set up of smart phones, desktops, laptops
  • General networking
  • Software and Hardware troubleshooting
  • CRM administration; FastTrack360 , Vincere & Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
