This exciting new company are looking to break the grip of the big 4 banks and re-invent the way we manage our finances. They are building a financial institution from scratch and we are now looking for a Contact Center Lead to build their customer onboarding team from scratch.

The Team Leader will be responsible for coaching and developing consultants to achieve/exceed business requirements, ensure the delivery of business initiatives that affect the Contact Centre and continually looking for improvements.

Ultimately we are looking for a Contact / Customer Centre professional that has past experience of setting up a Contact solution from scratch, has built and developed a team with a flexible and futuristic workplace style and is passionate about providing amazing customer experiences.

Experience - 

•5 years contact centre experience and proven ability to implement a solution from scratch.
• Banking or financial services experience
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• Be a team player
• Attention to detail, with strong organisation and problem-solving skills.

This is an opportunity to provide a solution directly to a C-Level stakeholder with a high level of visibility both internally and externally.
