The role will undertake the overall management and coordination of functions relating to the Project Management systems, administration, basic training, scheduling and support services, and coordinate project reporting and documentation across multiple projects.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in setting and maintenance of standard project administration systems and controls
  • Ownership of induction training for project management administration standards
  • Management, Administration and enhancement of our Portfolio and Project Management systems in collaboration with the PMO BI Reporting Analyst
  • Project health monitoring and assurance
  • Primary interface between project management teams and the corporate administrative functions that support projects, ensuring that those support services operate in an integrated and coordinated fashion
  • Performing day to day tasks associated with the support of those involved in project management and project administration.

Ideally the successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an IT application support role.
  • Excellent administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the project life cycle, project documentation, project standards and methodologies.
  • Ability to work according to strict deadlines and manage various demands.
  • Accuracy, close attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Proven understanding of database principles and maintenance.
  • Well developed personal, work organisation, time and priority management skills.
  • Proven ability to produce quality documentation.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SharePoint Experience
  • Experience in administration of NetSuite/OpenAir/SharePoint/market leading PPM Solutions
  • Experience in Project Management or Project Administration in a multi project software development or services environment
