- Must have previous support experience
- Experience providing in person support
Key responsibilities of your new role include:
- Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
- Provide 1st level and 2nd level support
- Conduct majority of support over the phone, however, be responsible for site support
- Meet personal and team KPI targets on resolution, processing and SLA.
- Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
- Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a Level 1 and 2 support role
- Experience in ITIL
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows XP Operating System
- Exposure to Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
- Exceptional communication skills
