Permanent opportunity for a Level 1 / 2 Service Desk Analyst opportunity to join a deliver a mixture of phone and in-person support

Key responsibilities of your new role include:
  • Ensure Service Desk maintains a high standard of customer service
  • Provide 1st level  and 2nd level support
  • Conduct majority of support over the phone, however, be responsible for site support 
  • Meet personal and team KPI targets on resolution, processing and SLA.
  • Identifying and utilising internal sources to assist in the resolution of logged issues
  • Provide technical advisory service to internal and external customers and staff
​​ To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in a Level 1 and 2 support role
  • Experience in ITIL
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows XP Operating System
  • Exposure to Windows, Exchange, Active Directory
  • Exceptional communication skills
