You enjoy a small team, you like to contribute directly to the business, you thrive on helping small business customers and you like to use your IT ability across levels one through 3 tech support.
If that’s the case, then you will do well learning our application and supporting it, mostly by phone. As you get better, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more IT application skills, such as CMS, Testing, web services, and similar technologies.
Our environment is that of a stable, hands-on small business working with big names in our industry. We are a leading supply chain facilitator, with state-of-the-art software.
You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders, from small retailers to large suppliers.
Your existing ITC support skills and education will be a great introduction to us and favourably position you for an interview.
