Lv 2 Desktop Support

Join a leading organisation where you will perform complex problem solving and assistance on Lv 2 technical issues including diverse business software applications and hardware systems. To be successful in this role you will possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, we are seeking team members with a professional attitude that can provide an excellent customer service experience. 6+ month fixed term.
  
Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage in a friendly, cooperative and constructive manner
• Excellent time management and problem solving skills with proven 2nd line technical support troubleshooting abilities 
• A demonstrated ability to learn new skills rapidly and apply problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

• Demonstrated 2+ years practical experience supporting Microsoft platforms and applications in commercial environments, i.e. Windows 7 and 8, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange 2010, 2013
• Experience supporting, or knowledge of server operating systems such as Server 2008, 2012, 2016
• Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems in an Active Directory environment 
• Installation PC / Monitors / Software or re-configuration
• Printer management experience (physical installation and configuration)
• Hardware break/fix experience
• Experience working within a virtual environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 

Education:
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
