• Senior Digital Producer Required
• 6+ Week Contract
• CBD Location (exception offices with panoramic city views)

• Email campaign management (Salesforce/IBM Marketing Cloud, preferably)
• Website builds with CMS/CRM (Sitecore/Kentico, preferably) 
• Banner campaign management (GA/DC)
• Team leadership and mentoring

• Managing multiple projects (including websites, CRM, CMS, mobile projects, emails, banners, etc.)
• Meeting with or discussing requests with clients and scoping these requests
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the best solution is offered
• Document the project scope in a detailed project definition
• Costing projects, in conjunction with the Project Director and Technical Director and manage the ongoing project budget
• Developing and maintaining overall project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Developing and maintaining ongoing project documentation to ensure successful delivery i.e. risk log, change log, WIP documentation etc.
• Booking resources and ensure that tasks are scheduled and completed according to schedule
• Document copy, creative, HTML and technical briefs and brief in to internal staff and freelancers
• Managing communication with clients, including initial scoping meetings, client WIP meetings and progress updates
• Updating the team on progress, provide insights and feedback based on lessons learned
• Effectively managing your time to ensure that concurrent projects are managed within projected timelines and budgets
