Due to recent expansion, a graduate IT support engineer role is available.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager and liaising with the wider IT support team, who are all hugely customer relationship focused, you will work together to resolve issues and develop best practice operations moving forward. 

It is essential that you are fully competent in the following:

  1. Microsoft Windows 7/8/10 Support and Troubleshooting
  2. MS Office 2007/2010/2013/2016
  3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
  4. Office 365 knowledge is highly regarded
  5. Experience with a RMM tool (N-Able / Kaseya) is highly regarded
  6. Setting up phone and video conference equipment
  7. Experience supporting IPad/IPhone's and general smartphone support 
  8. Installing and Configuring new hardware and software
  9.  ITIL v3 trained and certified will be an advantage
  10. High level of communication skills is a must!
  11. Excellent documentation skills
  12. Willingness to learn. Ongoing personal development is essential
  13. A hard working attitude and willing to go that extra mile for your team.
  14. Provide the highest level of Customer Service to all levels of the business.
  15. Must have a great hard working and positive attitude to work
