We are looking to expand our Frontline team with another Systems Engineer, whose primary role is to provide ITC support to our current and future clients along with adding a higher level of technical ability to the team. You will work with a diverse client base across several industry sectors with a broad range of technologies.

In this role you will be required to perform the following functions:

  • Provide onsite installation and technical fault support to our SA clients, including a wide variety of MFDs, PCs/Laptops, Servers, switches, PBX and other networking equipment
  • Liaise closely with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure all tasks are completed with a high degree of professionalism
  • Occasional travel to regional sites and performance of afterhours work
  • May be required to assist the Help Desk team with remote & phone work

 

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in end user device support, servers, and networking
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a larger team
  • Shoretel/NEC/VoIP PABX experience a plus
  • Cisco or Microsoft qualifications and experience a plus
