AngloGold Ashanti Australia are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Information Management team in Perth. Reporting to the Senior PM, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing small work packages and project controls for the regional IT and operational technology portfolio of work. The role will initially be a 6 month fixed-term contract role based in Perth, with potential for an additional 6 month extension.
To be successful in this role you must have the following key skills and experience;
- Experience coordinating a portfolio of ICT projects / initiatives
- Project Management Qualifications (e.g. PMBOK, Prince 2)
- Knowledge of IT service management tools and processes
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline
Desirable:
- Familiarity with current ICT trends and technology
- Experience with matrix reporting lines (e.g. corporate PMO)
- Previous experience working on a mine site
- Familiarity with mining applications and technologies
