One of our clients has a permanent opening for for a Field / Project Coordinator in Sydney. The role will be to manage and coordinator Field based activities including surveys and inspections. The ideal candidate would have had similar experience working in the Telecommunications sector. 

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Field Managers, PM’s, Engineers and 3rd-party Contractors to help organise the deployment of equipment on to customer Sites.
• Co-ordinate Site access
• Co-ordinate follow up on 3rd party deliveries
• Assist with the development and management of project timelines for all assigned projects
• Assist Project Managers in project forecasting and project implementation management
• Help organise equipment forecasting and procurement
• Assist the Project Scheduler and  Project Managers to:
• Participate in meetings with internal departments
• Preparation of Internal and External Reports as required
• Participate in PMO Process and Systems implementation
• Travel as required 

 Experience & qualifications:

• Ideally undertaken Graduate Degree, Diploma, certificate in a Project Management
• Ideally have an Engineering Degree (Telecommunications, Civil or Computer
• Experience with MS Project Scheduling tool would be a great value but not essential.
• Understanding of FTTN, FTTNB networks.
• Hands on experience on project management tools and reporting tools
• Proficiency in MS office
