The Client:
My client is a national healthcare, financial services and retirement living organisation with more than $600 million in revenues, and providing services to more than 400,000 Australians. It is a mutual organisation with over 190,000 members and employs over 1,250 staff.  
The Role:
The Business Intelligence Lead Developer is primarily responsible for leading  design, development, testing and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions and systems. This role is also driving the technical architecture, and architecting analytical solutions that utilize BI technologies. In addition, this role will collaborate with the BI Manager and Business Solution team to think and plan at a strategic level, including analysis of complex issues, evaluation and selection of existing and new technologies, and leadership of cross-functional teams to meet or exceed user requirements. 
 
Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study.
• Minimum 8 years experience in data modelling and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of OLAP technologies including applicability to various reporting problems
• Minimum 8 years experience in ETL and Datamart design
• Strong SQL scripting and Stored Proc developments skills
• Minimum 8 year's experience in Microsoft BI Platform (2016) including:
• SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
• SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 
• Tableau and Azure Experience are highly desirable
• Relevant software skills (MS Office, MS Visio & MS Projects
