Our client, a respected Government Agency, has an excellent opportunity for a capable Business Analyst to join their team. The purpose of the position is to assess current core processes and systems and enable a complete transformation of both. 

To be successful you will need demonstrated experience assisting in implementation of CRM, Business Intelligence and or/ Knowledge Management applications.

You will have highly developed experience liaising with technical teams including the ability to probe and gather requirements at a high-level/ improve business process efficiency / business architecture and show a demonstrated understanding of what the business is aiming to achieve including functional, people and process and drive that delivery. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to translate requirements effectively to a technical team.

This is an end to end business process and technical delivery project. Domain experience in projects that encompass sensitive information and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders including psychologists and counsellors to build BRD's will be preferred.

End to end CRM/BI or Knowledge Management implementation experience gained within social service initiatives in government or charitable institutions is essential.
