As the Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing Smart Grid systems, applications and analytic tools to improve network reliability and management. The ideal candidate will be someone who can conceptualise ideas into production quality maintainable code (Take an idea and run with it) 
 
Essential

• 5-10 years experience in Java or Python development 
• Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical foundations 

Tech Stack (More boxes you can tick the better)

• Java Knowledge
• SQL Programming
• ETL - Current Tool is Pentaho
• Posgresql  
• R, RConnect, Shiny
• Python / Docker Scripting
• Code Control / Release - Git / BitBucket
• BI Tools and Dashboard writing (Tableau, Shiny)
• Scheduling - Current Tool is Rundeck
• GIS nice to have
• Data Governance / Data Quality
• Write Supportable Code - Debuggable / Commenting / Documentation
