Job Description
Kuehne & Nagel have an exciting opportunity in a newly created role, based in our Head Office. You will be responsible for existing customers and interstate travel may be required from time to time. The role of Customer Service Solutions – EDI Specialist is a cross functional role across all business units and forms an integral component of any major customer implementation project where advanced solutions are required. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work in a fast paced and rewarding environment!
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Be the lead in technical implementation of new projects
- Create and update mappings
- Test out new and updated interfaces
- Troubleshoots problems that are related to EDI communications, mapping and data.
- Provide stakeholders across all business units with clear solutions that will enable all parties to implement a working solution
Your skills and experiences
- 2-5 years' experience as EDI Specialist or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent is preferred
- Solid understanding of the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Must be detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
