Responsibilities

• Manage the development, documentation, and maintenance of program and project communications plans, and associated processes, including identifying where risks and issues may be mitigated and/ or addressed through program and project communications.
• Manage the execution of Project and Program Communications plans processes, ensuring that timeframe expectations, and quality standards are met, and that accurate information is communicated to the correct stakeholders. 
• Be responsible for the development of multi-channel Program and Project communications ensuring correct key messaging is applied.
• Coordinate updates to the IS Cyber Security page through liaising with the program manager, project managers.
• Assist the program and project managers in creating communications for workshops and meetings (i.e. PowerPoint presentations).
• Conduct and document change impact assessments across the program and projects.
• Coordinate and deliver training as required.
