About the role

V4 is a fast growing Telecoms & IT Business with a combined management experience of over 30+ years, & is looking to acquire passionate, fast paced & hungry sales people for our dedicated Sydney based Senior Business Development Manager position.

Working with existing V4 clients while building relationships with new clients, This role involves some special sales skills to sell market leading full service solutions based on business needs of SMB Clients, including but not limited to Phone Systems, Wi Fi, Music on Hold, CCTVs, of course combined with all kinds of network services, mobiles and connectivity, networks, IT etc.

Job Description in brief:

  • Hunt new business through cold calling , referrals & warm leads provided once you get in the 1st few sales.
  • Close full service packages to SMB Clients, existing & new clients, based on phone systems, SoWiFi, Messages On Hold, lines & calls, dark fibre, mobiles etc.
  • Meet a clear defined upfront GP target each month

Skills and Experience

Are you :

  • Hunter mentality, not afraid to go out & close new business & make fantastic commissions
  • Have excellent product knowledge
  • Driven to create sales and maximise profits for both yourself and your clients.
  • Ability to close business in field sales
  • Having excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Do you :

  • Have a solid understanding of Phone systems, Wi Fi, CCTVs etc?
  • Do you have outstanding people engagement skills, and are able to build rapport quickly?
  • Have at least 6 months experience in the Telecoms or IT sales industry of some kind?
