Role - Technical Writer; Salesforce; Workers Insurance Claims;

Location: Sydney CBD

Contract Duration: 24 months

Salary - Up to $105,000 per annum

Industry: Workers Compensation, Workers Insurance

• Procure, write and edit technical content for an operations manual to meet the needs of the new business model.
• Write technical content for Knowledge Articles to guide the process of learning in Workers Insurance Return to Work and Support (RTWS) so that users can access and apply the information and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with SMEs (i.e. frontline staff and people leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach to service delivery is applied.
• Design and publish all associated documentation (including online and paper based) to ensure they provide appropriate support for the target audience.
• Ensure all reports and other coordination tools provided to the business are easy to use for managers, and provide sound data which is relevant to the audience.
