The role:

We are seeking a full-time Project & Client Manager to implement our software program into Aged Care organisations.

This will involve organising, managing and be leading the entire implementation of a number of projects at the same time. Effectively engaging and managing stakeholders throughout every stage of the project, from start to finish (including training of the users and post-implementation support). Being the first point of call for the clients you will be managing you will need a calm and helpful attitude.

Part of the role will also be assisting on the software Help Desk responding to phone and email-based software support queries when not managing software implementation projects and conducting training sessions. With your friendly and patient approach in supporting the end user, you will need to quickly determine what the issue or concern is and to resolve this. You will put to great use your desire for following procedures, along with an ability to determine when the escalation of an issue is required. You will draw on your flexibility in how you carry out your day to day activities, working independently to meet the needs of your clients and current projects.

With exceptional organisational skills, you will be valued for your ability to work both independently and as part of a small team in a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. You will be able to put your ideas forward to ensure the business continually enhances their service and software products to the aged care industry. 

Anyone with demonstrated:

  1. Project management skills,
  2. Change management experience, and
  3. Software training experience

will have a significant advantage in the selection process. A nursing/aged care background would also be of a huge benefit.

The successful applicant will need the ability to travel regionally within Victoria as well as interstate. Overnight stays will be required. Salary and conditions are negotiable depending on experience.
