A leading BI&DW Professional Services company are currently looking for several Senior Analytics/DW Consultants to join their SAP Practice group.

As a Senior Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead projects and teams in a variety of companies across industries. You will work closely with our clients, consultants, project managers, client engagement managers and solution leads in building proof of concepts and delivering cutting edge end to end Analytics solutions. As a successful Senior Consultant you will have a passion for Analytics, will be results oriented and display a can-do attitude. You will also be responsible for taking a lead role in providing Analytics and data warehouse consulting services to clients and helping to grow the SAP Practice group and our SAP Analytics related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Trusted adviser working with customers from concept through to delivery of SAP Business Intelligence solutions
• Hands-on development of Analytics/DWH solutions using SAP technologies
• Manage your own and team deliverables
• Manage customer expectations
• Assist in the production of proposals for SAP Analytics solutions
• Lead the positioning of SAP Analytics services across current and prospective customers
• Coach and mentor more junior team members

  
Desired skills and experience

• Demonstrable experience in a senior capacity delivering end to end solutions with the SAP Analytics stack using mainly the following tools; Web Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Lumira and SAP BW
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to manipulate data and solve data issues
• Strong ETL skills using SAP Data Services, STL or other ETL tools
• Comfortable working with multiple Database platforms such as HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 or others
• Strong data modelling knowledge (Data Vault 1/2, Dimensional/Kimball, 3NF/Inmon)
• Solid Business Analysis skills used to capture users requirements
• Previous experience running solution design sessions
• Experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse Environment
• Excellent customer facing skills, outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills
• SAP Certification desirable
• Preferably a computer science or equivalent degree
