A large, established government organisation is seeking to engage an experienced Technical Writer to assist with creating and reviewing documentation for an ICT initiative. Working with the project team, you will be responsible for the creation of new and the review of existing documents to refresh and/or redevelop suitable materials.
This is an initial 2 month contract opportunity, with the possibility of an extension, located in Brisbane CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information and document project strategy, roadmap, communications plan etc.
- Create new and review existing materials.
- Produce artefacts for demonstrations and workshops relating to the project.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience working in a large organisation with changing needs and the ability to create and organise project management (PRINCE2) documentation across all project phases.
- Demonstrated experience in the production of technical and non-technical documentation in information management and system integration.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
