We are looking for a passionate Senior Windows Engineer with a DevOps mindset. Working in our Managed Services team, assisting our Enterprise Services teams and clients. You will be the go to for technical support and knowledge.

• Automation! Ensure continuous improvement on customer platforms 

• Provide thought and technical leadership of our customer’s hosted platforms and services 

• Own third level technical support as part of our managed services team 

• Develop internal system management software 

• Drive a DevOps culture within our support teams. 

• Share your knowledge! Mentor, train and document solutions. 

About you: 

• Strong experience in core Microsoft Technologies (IIS, Web, DSC, AD, etc) 

• Exceptional PowerShell script creation and automation of common BAU tasks and application installations. 

• Experience in managing and deploying environments in AWS or Azure 

• Architecture and design experience desirable 

• MSSQL experience desirable however not essential 

• Experience with common Automation pipeline tools and technology also desirable (Terraform, Octopus, GitHub, Jenkins etc)
