What we need:
We are searching for a passionate IT Support Analyst to support our Timezone regional office based in Castle Hill and Timezone Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) IT systems – all training on this system included!
Communication is a key aspect of this role. The ability to understand complex IT issues and work through the resolution remotely is required.
Responsibilities for the role will evolve but will likely include:
- Provide email, phone and face-to-face technical support to our Timezone FECs and support office
- Clearly log all reported requests and incidents in the Group Servicedesk tool
- Troubleshooting software, hardware and peripherals issues to agreed SLAs
- Being responsible for network troubleshooting, WiFi, LAN and WAN
- Setting up new user’s and FEC’s hardware and applications
- Documenting known issues and procedures along ITIL principals.
- 3 years’ experience in a high-volume Service Desk role
- Knowledge of the Microsoft product suite
- Great hardware troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of basic network concepts
- Tertiary IT certification/qualifications
- Preferably experience in a retail IT environment
- A positive, logical and collaborative approach to problem solving with a pleasant demeanour
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and work on multiple tasks
- Availability to work evenings and weekends on a rostered basis.
