  • Baseline Security Clearance needed for successful candidate
Our client is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Officer for an initial 6 months contract with possible extension options.

Citizenship requirements: Australian citizens with Baseline clearance.

Location: Sydney or Canberra

You will have:
  • Experience managing and/or supervising help-desks.
  • Experience assessing financial stability, governance arrangements and product offerings of businesses.
  • Experience in the assessment of case studies, references and supporting documentation.

You will ideally also have:
  • Experience delivering services in an agile way at all levels of an organisation.
  • A genuine understanding of the Commonwealth procurement framework.
