Due to growth & demand for our products, we are seeking an additional experienced, self-motivated all rounder to join our expanding team! You will be working with a professional team and carrying out installations, maintenance and servicing of our telephony & IT products across NSW & the ACT.
To be considered, it is essential that you have:
- previous experience and knowledge in installing phone systems and providing both remote and/or onsite support
- data networking experience
- experience with configuring modems & networking
- A good understanding of telecommunication networks and network products and services including SIP and SIP protocol
- a current cabling license is essential
- the ability to trouble shoot & resolve issues
- a strong record of competency and experience
- current drivers licence with the ability to travel and stay overnight throughout ACT & NSW
- excellent customer service skills, a professional manner & well presented
- be able to work autonomously & have superior time management skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- an aspire to continually learn and develop your skill set and learn new tasks and systems quickly
