This role is for a level 1 Product/Application Support analyst who has experience working with managed services and wide range of technologies.  As a first-level contact, you will provide problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems.
  
Skills required:
  • Proven experience in customer service and a passion for providing outstanding service.
  • Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting in desktop, mobile and web environments
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
  • Answer Service Desk calls, resolve issues via available tools and document service tickets accordingly.
  • Knowledge or basic understanding of Ticket Lifecycle and SLA.
  • Ability to speak one of the following native languages with a fluent level of English: Indomalay, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking, initiative and a lot of multitasking.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, team orientated with a proactive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
