A large Australian financial organization, who are experiencing tremendous growth, are seeking a Financials Technical Architect to come on board and help assist the RFP process to select a system based on business needs alongside producing design documents for the implementation across a business domain.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with RFP process to select a financial system based on business needs.
- Generates design specifications for the project.
- Developing and leading the technical approach for building technical solutions.
- Design enterprise solutions across multiple platforms and applications.
- Taking overall solution responsibility and ownership.
Experience:
- 8-10 years as an architect/senior engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial systems.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of all financial processes EG. AR, GL, AP.
- Experience in analyzing business requirements for all finance related processes with strong experience in Accounts receivable.
- Strong experience in performing detailed design and integration.
- Have a good understanding of implementing accounts receivable to tailor to business needs for accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of technologies across a number of disciplines.
- Excellent problem solving, innovation, planning skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Interviews are commencing immediately and whilst this is an initial 3 month contract, the work is expected to extend.
