As a growing company we are seeking enthusiastic team member who is passionate about everything IT. Problem solving skills are a must along with a great personality and wiliness to excel above expectations. Minimum of 3 years support experience required.
Applicants must have demonstrated good technical and communication skills as well as their own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
You will be working for a small, very cohesive team so you must be able to work unsupervised as well as a team unit. You will work in a fun orientated work environment based around getting the job done but having fun whilst doing it.
The successful applicant will operate out of our Dural office and spend time performing administrative tasks and acting as 1st & 2nd level helpdesk support to multiple different networks and customers. When necessary you will be required to work on customer sites so neat personal presentation is essential (Work uniform provided).
Technically, you will be knowledgeable and experienced in many of the following (not necessarily all):
• Desktop Systems including Windows 7/8/10
• Windows Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016
• SBS 2008/2011
• Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016
• Office 365
• Microsoft Office
• Virus Protection
• Backup Software
• Virtualization
The successful applicant will have excellent phone manner, great presentation and a clear speaking voice.
