About the role

Working closely with the Project Director, your role will focus on the ensuring the upmost quality of the digital products that Adrenalin builds for some of Australia's biggest brands. You will ideally possess a technical background coupled with a depth of experience as a digital producer and have solid understanding of best practice quality assurance.

It is imperative that you have a good eye for detail, strong communication skills and an attitude for continual learning and a commitment to constantly improve the quality of the projects we deliver for our clients.

Duties:

• Working closely with the Account Manager and the Client’s key stakeholders from Project Kick-off through to Live launch (including all phases such as Discovery, Scoping, Production, Quality Assurance and Deployment).
• Engaging key team members at the agency to convert a client’s project brief/requirements into solutions
• Liaising with all Production teams (UX, Creative, Front-end & Backend Development, and QA) to brief on project requirements, derive estimates, conduct daily stand ups, update project/sprint plans based on key activities and milestone achievements, and maintaining the weekly project status report.
• Collaborate with all production teams to define detailed scope of work, responsibilities, and follow up on progress/status
• Effectively manage risk and dependencies through communicating and escalating where needed, along with appropriate documentation (risk & dependency register)
• Creation, and ongoing management, of Project Plans (MS Project) and Weekly Project Status Reports
• Delivery of projects and tasks to scope, time and budget (using hybrid Waterfall & Agile methodologies)
• Responsible for Quality Control / Quality Assurance processes
• Autonomous planning for resource requirements (using both internal and external resources)
• Centralise all project communications and scope definitions using JIRA, Confluence and Slack

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity your skills will include;

• 3+ years' experience as a Digital Producer/Project Manager
• Ability to communicate at a technical level (e.g. with hosting providers, testers and developers).
• Professional communication skills in written, verbal and face to face meetings in liaising with relevant project stakeholders
• Experience in successfully delivering digital solutions – including web, mobile/tablet apps, experience in delivering large projects which have had to integrate with multiple systems, social media campaigns, email marketing campaigns, etc.
• Experience creating and maintaining project plans within MS Project
• Understanding of CMS platforms and capabilities is beneficial.
• A strong ability and willingness to solve complex problems, and to be able to adapt to new challenges
