What you’ll be doing

As the Technical Consultant on our Oracle ERP implementation project you will jump in feet first to acquire deep domain knowledge and understanding of Envato’s various business models and current technology landscape. You’ll set the direction for solution delivery, lead design workshops, and develop functional and technical requirements. You’ll get to work closely with various stakeholders including the project team, internal business analysts and our implementation partner team to understand business requirements and provide sound advice around solution capability and suitable use.

You’ll have the awesome opportunity to work closely with our internal engineering teams to support the delivery of systems integration, data migration and changes required in our systems.

Some other things you can expect to be doing;

• partner with the Project Manager to manage project plans, risks, schedules and manage relationships with our technology and implementation partners
• preparation of detailed statements of work and document business processes
• validate detailed design documentation
• create training materials, deliver training and providing hands on support to users

What we’re looking for

• Oracle Certified
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financial Cloud, Enterprise Performance Management and Financial Accounting Hub
• Strong Oracle Financial Cloud Solutions implementation / configuration project experience in a Functional OR Technical Role
• Experience working in-house in a senior / leadership role on an ERP implementation or other major IT transformation project
• Has an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of business and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management information systems, or related field. CPA  highly desired.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies
• Ability to traverse big picture strategic goals, as well as delve into the details of low level requirements
• Commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects, and win-win outcomes for Envato and our technology partners.
