Reporting to the Project Manager, we are seeking a high calibre individual to lead the development of the change management strategy and the deployment effort to support a transformational ERP implementation program. The role will be client facing throughout the project life cycle with full accountability for the successful management of the change elements of the programme.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Through consultation with the Project and Program Manager develop and implement change management standards
- Facilitate and manage client change workshops
- Provide support and guidance to the change portfolio team in relation to change readiness, change risk management and change strategy integration
- Support and engage senior client stakeholders
- Identity and manage anticipated resistance
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience with a large complex ERP refresh program
- 5+ years supporting change in the IT industry
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven record of success in influencing and negotiating with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage and resolve complex issues and disputes.
- Experience leading change programmes using the Microsoft Office 365 technology would be highly desirable
