This is a hands-on customer-centric role providing solutions to end-user and end-customer technical issues, from quote through to delivery and support. This role is responsible for build, deployment and support for Desktop Hardware, Desktop Software, Venue WiFi and Venue CCTV.

Description
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in delivery of technology solutions
- Build, deploy and support Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Mobiles hardware
- Deploy and Support core Desktop Software productivity packaged including Office 365, Adobe, anti-virus
- Deploy, maintain and support WiFi and CCTV
- Write and maintain documentation to describe the environment and procedures.
- Undertake research and project work as directed to increase organisational capability, increase productivity and reduce administration, especially within the core areas of responsibility.
- Analyse venue client technical requirements and obtain quotes with preferred suppliers, ensuring if supplier work is required, that it meets requirements and invoicing is accurate.
- Maintain status in the ‘work-in-progress’ system.
Profile
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:
- 2+ years’ experience in a Desktop Support in a corporate environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills as this role is the front-face of the IT group to the organisation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task and meet tight timeframes.
- Ability to be hands-on to ensure success of the systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and accomplish tasks and to also participate and lead a workgroup as required.
- Desktop hardware including Desktops, Laptops, Switches, Printers and Mobiles
- Desktop productivity software applications, including Microsoft products such as Office 365 including SharePoint.
- Networking experience, including knowledge of Firewalls, Switches and WiFi.
- Surveillance Camera (CCTV) both hardware and software.
- Enjoy maintaining/enhancing desktop productivity tools to meet changing customer/industry needs.
- Desire to create a quality enterprise-class software product.
- Professional approach to product quality and delivery.
- Ability to work as a team member within the ethos and values of our client
- Flexible and cooperative attitude along with a willingness to support and adapt to change.
- A high degree of initiative and self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Dynamic, highly motivated and energetic.
