About the Role:
Our Legal Software Solutions teams create sophisticated software products used by legal professionals to accelerate almost every aspect of their working activities. We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Analyst, who will work with clients, stakeholders and the development team to design and launch new capabilities and enhancements that help customers be more productive and effective. Key stakeholders will include developers, testers, commercial product managers plus sales and professional services colleagues. You will be joining a team which is a supportive and collaborative group of individuals who are passionate about new technology whilst supporting the Rule of Law.
Responsibilities:
- working in a product owner / business analyst capacity
- product requirements and design, define solutions to meet customer and market requirements
- validation of requirements and designs
- work with complexity and learn about diverse technologies
- understand the rich details in a day in the life of your customer.
Ideal Requirements:
- business analyst or product owner background
- accounting solutions and/or accounting side of B2B software solutions
- interest in user interface design
- experience working in an agile environment with exposure to agile development methodology
- solid technical background to support discussions
- high level of stakeholder engagement and total customer focus in everything that you do
- previous work experience with practice management software in legal or accounting environment highly regarded.
