Payment Express Sydney currently have an opportunity two motivated individuals with natural technical ability, an eye for detail and proven customer experience.
As an Implementation Consultant you will be providing technical product consulting and project coordination services to our customers to facilitate the implementation of Payment Express products.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Scoping and analysis to determine appropriate Payment Express product(s) to meet customer requirements.
- Being a central point of coordination within the business to keep track of developments and action points to ensure timely progress through each stage of delivery.
- Creating/Updating technical documentation.
- Providing technical product support to the Sales team.
- Assisting customers and partners to integrate their systems with Payment Express solutions.
Ideally you will have knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and techniques and an understanding of what is required across the various aspects of an Implementation Consultant role such as, scope management, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and risk awareness and mitigation. A candidate working towards their PRINCE2 or PMI certification would probably be an ideal fit for this role.
You must have a legal right to work permanently and fulltime in Australia to be considered.
