About the opportunity
Reporting to the Group Applications Manager this role will be responsible for ensuring a reliable, consistent, efficient and effective delivery of IT services regarding our Oracle ERP Cloud instance and related applications such as Hyperion (PBCS)
- Defining, delivering and continually improving our system processes.
- Consulting with vendors, the business and other IT groups to satisfy business needs and requirements in accordance with our strategies and roadmaps.
- Leading third party vendors in the support and management of processes.
- Provide support and expert advice to internal projects, deployments and quality control activities.
- Management of Cloud Service Tasks.
About your experience
With the ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment, your oral and written communication skills will be second to none. Your strong attention to detail coupled with your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders will see you excel in this role.
Key skills and experience will include:
- An ability to identify and plan for new technology implementation that meets our current and future needs.
- A detailed understanding of the process and data flow between our Financial System and our Operational Business applications.
- Proven technical and functional expertise with the Oracle ERP Cloud modules and processes along with a deep understanding of the data structures.
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL.
