Role
As a Digital Frontend Developer you will develop, test, and maintain new and existing websites and applications in support of achieving our business requirements. This includes working in a team to bring designs and requirements to life with user-friendly, appealing, interactive and ground-breaking results. You will contribute to scoping, building, testing and implementing new feature enhancements within existing systems as requested by internal business units.
Required
- 2+ years’ developing web applications using vanilla JavaScript skills with experience using ES5, ES6 +
- 2+ years’ developing responsive mobile first high traffic commercial websites using HTML5 and CSS3
- Building websites which comply to W3C standards and enhanced for SEO
- Developing for across evergreen browsers and device platforms, including strengths and limitations
- Development & Agile Tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, GitLab
- Passion for web development, desire to explore current trends, standards and tools used by bleeding edge web software teams
- Usage of CSS pre-processors (SASS or LESS)
- Use of source control (GIT)
- Working with designers and an eye for design / UI
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and SDLC concepts in general
