As our Lead Business Analyst you will lead and manage our business analysis practice. You enhance our business analysis processes, methods and tools to ensure our business analysis activities achieve business outcomes that take us into the future. You will undertake the lead analysis role in any key strategic activities that may be generated through the business within CUA. You provide leadership to our BA’s throughout requirement planning, solution design and delivery. You role model our life rich service heartbeat, leading others to deliver a customer-centric service and better-value banking for our customers. You will act as the business analysis subject matter expert and be recognised as this across the organisation.

- Well-developed business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, modelling and options analysis, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle using different methodologies across agile and waterfall approaches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including developing requirements, solution documentation, facilitating workshops, building relationships and interacting with key stakeholders within all levels of the organisation
- Strong understanding of process analysis, modelling and mapping and excellent understanding of technology solutions, including internet and mobile technologies, applications, networks and databases
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a strong customer orientation
- Experience working on complex and high profile projects, and multiple project types including implementation of COTS (commercial off the shelf) solutions, new development and enhancements/support
