You will be responsible for monitoring issues for their customer managed services, technical diagnosing and restoring of data services. Incident management and resolution will be part of your day to day tasks.
  
  
Required skills and attributes;
  

• Australian citizenship is a must for this role
• Over 4 years experience with; Data Networks, configuring firewalls and routers, network monitoring tools and protocols
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting issues in CISCO or Juniper environments
• Accreditation in CISCO or Juniper
• Happy to work shifts and have great communication skills
