Talenza are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven HRIS delivery experience more specifically with experience on Workday or Ascender Preceda.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney and will be responsible for the delivery of a payroll solution locally and an international deployment of the solution to a different region for our client.
To be successful in this role you will have proven agile delivery experience across application development, business & technology transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Tertiary Qualifications in business, Project Management or technology related fields
- Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience
- Workday and/ or Ascender Preceda experience is a MUST
- HRIS System experience ideally for a financial services company
- Application development/ delivery & Business transformation experience
- Experience working in geographically dispersed IT environments
- Solid change management skill
- Vendor management experience
- Outstanding Communications skills
