The System Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, supporting and maintaining corporate ICT systems (mainly Microsoft technologies), and provide leadership and guidance to the other system administrators in the team.
The System Engineer will provide strategic guidance to ICT infrastructure projects, sustainment architecture, infrastructure services and other ICT platform technologies.
The System Engineer will manage the corporate ICT systems through the ICT lifecycle including monitoring, maintaining the health desired state configuration. Oversee the integrity of systems and reliability of service delivery. Provide investigation, diagnostic testing and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.

Skills and Knowledge:
- Proven experience in overall configuration, installation and support of capabilities in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Knowledge of Windows Servers 2012 & 2016, MS Exchange, SCCM, VMware, anti-virus and other various software applications
Major Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate ICT systems through a lifecycle approach from planning, designing, supporting and maintaining corporate ICT systems (mainly Microsoft technologies) including implementation, through to support and decommission.
- Provide advice and/or develop sustainment documentation to enhance enterprise wide ICT capabilities.
- Develop ICT solutions for, and maintain, the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) while monitoring the environment to identify the potential to create value.
- Identify emerging technologies and monitor/maintain software applications, operating systems as well as troubleshoot and resolve ICT related issues
