About the Role
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to work on the delivery of a significant Mobile Application within the IT PMO.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, core business units and project teams to elicit information, define requirements, provide the business analysis and outline solutions and business project initiatives.
You will define and communicate the key requirements, principles and models that describe the business process and practices - current and future state, to enable evolution where appropriate and support continuous improvement.
Your ability to be resourceful, think conceptually, proactively form professional relationships with executives, managers, subject matter experts and end users is critical to the success of these projects. You will actively engage with end users and stakeholders in clearly documenting, base lining and tracking requirements through to implementation and user training.
Immediate start on contract until December 2018 in Newcastle with an hourly rate $65-75 p/hour + super. Likely extensions for the right candidate.
Skills & Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
- Experience with Mobile Application Projects
- Experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Able to demonstrate capability in writing user stories and having a UX design approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to work productively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to deal with changing priorities
